How does shipping work?
Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator.
Do you offer a local delivery option?
We deliver locally in the London area.
Do you offer same day shipping?
No. If you are in need of an urgent gift, give us a call and we will do our best to have it ready for pick up as soon as we can! Exceptions apply during the Holiday season.
How long will it take my gift to ship?
Our gifts typically ship within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order.
What if I want my gift to arrive on a specific day?
If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘special request’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note, deliveries are made on weekdays only; we do not make deliveries on weekends.
Can I attach a note to my gift?
Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary note card handwritten with your personal message.
My box is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the box.
Rest assured we never include receipts or any prices inside our boxes!
