Returns and Exchanges: To encourage thoughtful purchasing and reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at karen@kgiftingco.com, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for any such issues with your order.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
